Your AI agent in Congress.
Every week it drafts the letters, posts and briefs that carry residents' numbers to Congress, with every figure cited. A person approves every word before anything goes out. You add the part that counts most: your name.
What it does
- LiveWrites your letter to Congress
Give it your address. It finds your two senators and your House member and drafts a letter on one of the five Recommendations, with your own hours and pay if you add them. You edit it and send it yourself. Write yours.
- StartingBriefs the committees that write residency law
Once a month it drafts a one-page brief for the health staff of Senate HELP, Senate Finance, House Ways and Means, and House Energy and Commerce, with the number of residents who wrote that month.
- StartingWrites posts
Every Monday it drafts posts from our cited numbers and the week's news. Each one is labeled "AI-drafted, human-approved".
- StartingFinds the news that sets your pay and hours
The weekly briefing: bills, lawsuits and ACGME rules, each item linked to its source. Past issues.
- LiveGathers supporters
Every member gets a personal invite link to share in their group chats. The more residents who join, the more letters land.
- NextRuns ads, paid for by donations
Once our nonprofit is filed and donations open, ads will send more residents to the letter tool. Every dollar will show on the public ledger.
How it works
- It drafts from cited numbers.
The agent may use only the figures in our sources table. A draft that uses any other number is flagged for review.
- A person approves every word.
Nothing the agent writes goes out until a person reads it and approves it.
- Then it goes out, and the log below records it.
Letters go from you, to your own lawmakers. Posts and briefs go from Fairness in Residency.

Letters count when a member tells us they sent one. We show letters by state only for states with 3 or more, and never names.
What it never does
- It never contacts your hospital, your program, the ACGME or any employer. It works in Congress and in public. We are not a union, and we never act for you with an employer. Your rights.
- It never sends anything in your name. You send your own letter.
- It never tells anyone who joined.
- It never makes up a number. Every figure comes from a source we opened and read.
